GB/T 31929 specifies the classification, code, order content, size, shape and weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of welded stainless steel tubes and pipes for ships. GB/T 31929 is applicable to welded stainless steel tubes and pipes for ship pressure pipes.
GB/T 31929规定了船舶用不锈钢焊接钢管的分类和代号、订货内容、尺寸、外形及重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 31929适用于船舶承压管系用不锈钢焊接钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
